Carrie Smith came to ACS in 1999. She is the Senior Account Manager for major clients, working closely with the Vice President of Operations on a daily basis.

Carrie ensures that ACS receives all claims properly and promptly, and then routes them to the appropriate department. She also tracks the claims to make sure that they are being worked in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all processes are compliant with ACS’ high standards of quality.

Carrie creates and distributes numerous custom reports for the program directors of several programs. In addition to her administrative duties, Carrie is proficient in management of our billing software, RAM Software Systems.

Carrie not only resolves any problems that may arise, but she also works closely with our Chief of Informatics performing all upgrades to maintain and better our billing process.
