Mary Dowden is one of the newest additions to our management team at ACS.

Her background includes extensive administrative experience in customer service, ambulance billing, and operations for various companies.

Her primary role at ACS is to assess current operational procedures, making modifications as needed, as well as serving as the ACS HIPAA Privacy Officer. Mary stays up-to-date on HIPAA compliance issues, and plays an important role in the continuing education and training of our employees.

She is also responsible for the tracking and approval of the use and release of PHI (Protected Health Information). Compliance and quality control are two areas in which our management team at ACS is constantly striving to improve. Mary works closely with all managers and employees to ensure that ACS procedures are followed on a consistent basis. Mary is responsible for updating all position descriptions, following ISO 9000 guidelines.

Mary is a very detail-oriented individual, which is a great asset to her procedural analysis duties.
